Sales and Operations Support

The Sales and Operations Support plays a vital role in supporting the sales and operations teams by providing efficient and comprehensive administrative and sales assistance.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Managing calendars.

Coordinating meetings.

Generating sales reports.

Managing customer licensing.

Resolving inquiries and complaints.

Resolving simple sales inquiries.

Processing orders, DOA and RMA.

Collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize sales and operational processes.
What You'll Need to Succeed
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and operations support or a related role.
You should be stress-resistant, capable of handling pressure and challenges with composure.
Exceptional communication, writing and speaking skills in English. Dutch or French is a nice bonus.
An eye for detail is essential, ensuring accuracy and precision in your work.
You naturally convey trust, because you will be in contact with clients and work with them on a specific project.
Demonstrate self-discipline to document properly, maintaining organised and comprehensive records.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and CRM software.
We seek candidates who are eager to learn, continuously seeking new knowledge and skills to grow professionally.
Possibility of working remotely.
Previous experience in the technology sector would be an advantage.
