As a Helpdesk Engineer at Cuarta, your role is to be a skilled IT specialist who provides technical support and assistance to our clients. You will serve as the first point of contact for resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues. With your adept problem-solving abilities, you will efficiently troubleshoot technical problems and guide users through issue resolution. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems, enhance user productivity, and deliver excellent customer service.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Cuarta System Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in computing science or applied informatics is essential.

Cuarta Windows

Windows MS365, Windows servers and Windows client expertise are required.

Cuarta Linux

A grasp on networks, LINUX, AZURE, Terminal Services, and Profile Management.

Cuarta Server logo

Familiarity with virtualization including KVM and Hyper-V, is advantageous.

Cuarta Ervaring

A minimum of 2 years of experience in this role or similar is required.

  • Demonstrate self-discipline to document properly, maintaining organised and comprehensive records.

  • You are eager to learn, continuously seeking new knowledge and skills to grow professionally.

  • You naturally convey trust, because you will be in contact with clients and work with them on a specific project. 

  • Excellent communication, writing and speaking skills in English and Dutch. French is a nice bonus!

  • You’re located in Flanders.
